Xiaomi Nepal has added its number of Authorized Service Center (ASC) in Nepal. The company today announced the opening of the latest ASC in Laxmi Complex, Dhangadi. Other service centers of Xiaomi Nepal are located in Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Narayanghat, Itahari, and Kathmandu.
Xiaomi has showcased diligent efforts to build and maintain the highest benchmarks towards quality and process, and the expansion of the after-sales service network in Nepal marks a significant step towards the same.
Marking the occasion, Sourabh Kothari, Country General Manager – Nepal, Xiaomi, shared that, “At Xiaomi, we are truly focused towards making innovation accessible to everyone. Our customer base is growing steadily, and it becomes our responsibility to serve our customers properly with satisfaction. With service quality being one of our key pillars at Xiaomi, we continue striving to implement the best of our innovative measures across our after-sales and customer service efforts too. These innovative efforts played a crucial role in helping us earn the love and trust of our Mi Fans and customers in Nepal, thereby helping us grow in the country. With this new showroom at Dhangadi, we hope to make our customers’ lives one step easier and give them an opportunity to experience Xiaomi service. We hope that this new service center further strengthens our position and commitment towards delivering top-notch service quality to all our users across Nepal.”
The launch of these service centers has witnessed an increase in the use of authorized products in Nepal’s user community. A substantial decline in the turnaround time of service and better accessibility are instrumental in showcasing the brand’s commitment to the Mi Fans in Nepal.
Following the launch, Xiaomi Nepal will be providing free servicing to all the Xiaomi products. Even the customers who do not have their warranty cards can benefit from this for a week.
