Xiaomi Nepal has distributed school supplies and educational materials to 70 students of DSA (Disabled Students Association) school as a part of their corporate social responsibility. The educational materials were handed over to Mr. Daya Ram Maharjan – Principal of DSA School, by Mr. Sourabh Kothari- Country General Manager, Xiaomi Nepal.
Xiaomi has been undertaking many welfare activities to serve the community where it operates. Xiaomi Nepal team spent time with and helped the students of DSA with laptops, kits, bags, shoes, books, and musical instruments while listening to their lovely music, seeing their beautiful paintings, and listening to their stories.
Taking about the distribution of the materials Sourabh Kothari, Country General Manager, Xiaomi Nepal, shared, “We always believe in serving back the community where we operate. Along with doing business, we are aware of our responsibility towards the community. In further days also we will be supporting the community in different ways. I believe that our small efforts would generate positive outcomes in the near future.”
